One of my clients, a continuing education resource for dental office staff, came to me frustrated with their online presence. Many of their customers were confused by their existing site and as such their staff would have to spend hours on the phone walking people through the purchasing process, no doubt losing countless sales for visitors who didn't pick up the phone and call.
After meeting with them and discussing their business, we decided on a refresh for their entire website site.
The home page didn't articulate clearly what services were being offered, and was also missing a coherent design concept. They offer quality online and in-person classes for dental professionals to obtain their continuing education credits, however by labeling them as "essentials," it wasn't immediately apparent what was being offered, leading to lots of confused calls and plenty of missed opportunities.
Once visitors clicked through, the class information was a bit scattered and hard to follow, and didn't present a clear process for purchasing.
With a fresh logo and a clear call to action, visitors are now able to understand their offerings and easily navigate to the courses in order to complete their requirements. This has lead to faster and more frequent purchases, a measurable increase in repeat customers and most importantly, has freed up staff to focus on what they do best: delivering a quality product.
